Hye guys, it’s been a while I don’t write entry about I Want To Lose Weight. Since I continuing my study and live here at Polytechnic Kuching, Sarawak, all things are easy to do and flows very smoothly. Live by your own are enjoyable as well as you can improve your life here. Moreover, you are easily to follow your diet program & exercise. Now, jogging is my priority. I did 4 cycles around the Poly. First, I did 2 cycle and add one cycle gradually. Non-stop jogging for almost 40 mins. The result to my body was amazing ! :) Healthy cover all of this aspects: physical, mental $ spiritual. So, we must consider about this. Eat more fruits & veges, unprocessed foods etc. Detox yourself to eliminate toxic from your body. ;)

It’s been 1 months more I stay at residential college in Polytechnic Kuching, Sarawak. I’m easy to stick on my diet here. Now, jogging is my priority and can’t live without that..haha..My belly fat around my stomach finally being reduced. Thanks to my high discipline and patience! :D

The concept of this diet is we cut down the intake of carbohydrates and we eat more proteins. Carbohydrates can turn to fat if we not burn it as a fuel/energy. So, by cutting down this carbs intake, we can burn excess fat that stick to our stomach and by this, we can lose our weight safely. I always eat not in right time and eat by not following food pyramid. The effects to my body was so bad. My skin suffer with pimple on my face, chest and back. Yeah!! hoping I can reach my goal and let it be….:-)
