I really think this is an attanable goal,if I just put my mind to it and don’t give up. I am going to walk twice a day,(rain or shine), and workout 2 hours at night. I hope to reach my goal in 2-3 months time.I’m going to have to take certain “precautions” but it will be worth it in the end.
I have been heavy or “big boned” for so long, I just want to finally be happy with what I see in the mirror. I set the goal of 125 because I feel as though that is an attanable goal, I hope to reach it within 2 1/2 to 3 months time. I plan to exercise everyday, and cut back on what I eat. Walk twice a day, and 2 hours at night. Then I will be happy.
