Run, run, run! 4 years ago

I’ve started running a few days ago. As I’m pretty out of shape I’m taking it pretty slow, though. One day I’ll add about 30-45 second segments of running betweem 2 minutes walking durring my usual 30 minute walk, the next day I wont, or I’ll only do a little. I’m hoping to eventually be running the entire 30 minutes, who knows, maybe even longer! I think I’d like to run a race someday, I’m aiming to get that “someday” to be sometime in February…

An aqquantence of mine got a baby ringtailed lemur for a pet. While I’m not certain that monkeys make the best of pets, it was still one of the coolest things I’ve ever done, just to play with that little lemur.

Officially starting... 4 years ago

I’ve been walking off and on for the past month or so, and my goal is to walk every night for 30 minutes. I’m officially starting this today. It only takes 30 days to make a habit, so here’s to the next 30 days.
