I’ve been working out consistently since Feb. I started to get more serious about a month ago. This Monday I begin week 5 of going to the gym 5x a week at 5 a.m. I also started working with a stability ball 3x a week about 3 weeks ago. Wooo! Can’t wait to get more serious.

Another week without junk food. I’m doing great with this goal and I can’t forsee myself eating junk food any time soon. <3
