I’ve dealt with squirrels nearly every workday since February. The botanical gardens at my workplace is infested with them. I enjoy them as much as anybody, but feeding them by hand is tempting fate. Some are very docile, but others can be very aggressive and jump on you and bite you if they see you as a food source. This has happened to me. Their claws are extremely sharp and when they bite, they aim to puncture. But they aren’t all bad. The trouble is, you can’t tell them apart before it’s too late.

Were we all under the false impression that Steel Wheels might just be the last time we could see them all perform together…at least before one of them kicked the bucket? Hell, I was in the nosebleed section and I was in tears when they came out. My mother had listened to them since I was child so they were pretty much my favorite band my whole life. They were the perfect amalgam of rock, glam, blues, and were part of the 70s NY artsy social scene. The epitome of all that was great in their time.

No one can deny they are living legends and should not be missed by any classic rock fan.

It’s been about three weeks since I last stopped at a burger joint. But, I cannot give up El Pollo Loco.
