How I did it: Well, it took a lot of effort as it's become a huge habit that the TV is on all the time anyone is home. I had to force myself to get up and off the sofa some nights!Instead of watching the usual programmes, we limited ourselves to just half and hour a night. How I did it: I started getting into the habit of drinking fizzy drinks coz my family do and so its always in the house. My skin has always been pretty good, but it can always be better. I decided that drinking more water would be the most beneficial thing to do.Instead of buying fizzy drinks (which is high in price and high in calories) I bought a Brita water filter, and four different flavours of sugar free squash. How I did it: My blog is always full of something interesting, but I was only getting a couple of hits per entry. People were leaving comments saying they enjoyed my blog, but I wanted more people to read. I realized that in the list of entries, my entries had really boring names, so people obviously assumed that the entry would be boring. I decided to write my usual things, but gave each entry a catchy title. I now have over 1000 hits! Read how I did it…
