I’m about doing this now. I began with the work. We in TR have a great kitchen, one of the best of the world, everybody knows that. And there are planty of vegan dishes, too. Well, I try to wright a vegan cookbook especially for the mediterranean gusto. When I think, that we have everything here in TR and everything fresh etc etc… wow, it’ll be great!!!
I began with a blog in turkish language for this work and hope to finish the book as soon as possible.

I feel good… I have my old weight again. As a vegan it was easier to lose weight and in a healthier way. :-)
