How I did it: I started out wrong, I took a bottle of 2 liter and kept it with me all day, but I couldn't drink it all. So I changed the 2 liter waterbottle for 2 bottles of each 1 liter and the drinking went much more easier. The bottles were getting empty really fast, I could see my progress and felt good :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: First I completely stopped eating chocolate. It felt unnaturally for me, so I decided not to fully stop eating chocolate, but to reduce the times and portions of chocolate that I ate. This worked for me, I've stopped thinking about chocolate all the time, and I don't crave for it any longer. I just eat small portions of it and not everyday as I used to. Read how I did it…
I love my pets, I’ve 3 little kittens and 2 rabbits. Since I’m not alowed to have pets in the house, they all live in the garden. It’s fun in the summer when you’re spending a lot of time outdoors, but now it’s winter, a new schoolyear is in progress,... I somethimes tend to forget them, or have to little time for them. It’s dark early, it rains alot,... And still, they need me, I take good care of them, they have a clean and organized ‘home’, plenty of food and water. Now I want to add lots of love to that and much more attention to each of them. Most of the time I give most of my attention to the cats, because they come running for me as soon as I’m out the door; but I always forget that my rabbits can’t do the same! So I want to spend more time with the rabbits.
It’s cold and dark, but I will go running saturdays and sundays while everybody is still sleeping. Starting November 28th (right after my exams). It doesn’t matter if it rains or not, I WILL GO !!
