How I did it: Yeah, almost drowned. We were in Belize and I lost air in my tank. 40 feet under. Very scary. My daughter got me through it even though she was half a world away from me at the time. Someday I will let her know that she saved my life. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I began with taking things out of my diet that made me feel full. These things included red meat, soda, breads, pasta and chocolate. I drank a lot more water and ate small snacks during the day to keep me from wanting to binge. I also watched my portion sizes wherever I went to eat, including when we would go out as a family. How I did it: Dedication and self discipline, knowing that my education paves the way for my children and their success. I am still in school, and have 3 more semesters until the completion of my Bachelors degree. It's amazing that once I started school, I surrounded myself with good, educated people. That would be another tip to get it done. Keep those around you who believe in your education and want to help you and see you excel. Read how I did it…

You are my best friend. I think of you and my heart smiles. You can be so naughty and once you fall asleep all I want to do is wake you up so we can play Guess Who again. I wonder why I was given such a great person to take care of. I am so blessed.
I don’t want to be like the snobby girl in high school. Just the friendly one that everyone secretly wanted to be. Kind of like Katie Holmes…
