I managed to reach the halfway point, but I ended up gaining it all back. I’m about to live on my own for the first time and I think it will help if I’m buying my own food and won’t be exposed to other people’s snacks and unhealthy stuff. I don’t think it’s a big ask to expect to achieve this by December. It would be wonderful to get there before my birthday.

Right now I’ve got a balcony and a trough. Next year I’ll be growing my own salads, herbs, small things like that. Eventually, I want to grow every morsel I eat. I think it will be a fulfilling experience, and I can’t wait to eat somthing I grew myself.
