It's only the 50th time this year... 4 months ago

I have the worst time with eating healthy. I LOVE food. Eating makes me happy. I crave carbs, sweets and fat!! Yum. LOL I have been doing pretty good the last week. I need to lose about 10 pounds…but I also want to feel better and not so sluggish and bloated all the time.

Now more than ever. 4 months ago

I need to exercise. I found out I have osteopenia. I need to exercise a lot to keep from getting osteoporosis. WHY is that still not a good enough reason for me? AHHH!! I have the worst willpower. I have been walking a little bit more…but I need to seriously do it AT LEAST 3 times a week…really 5 times. :D

Whew. 4 months ago

Since I last wrote about this goal, I have done amazingly good. I hardly ever go shopping anymore and I have done a good job saving money. Our problem is mainly going out to eat. Now yesterday I did go to the mall and spend a good bit of money…BUT I have to do it every now and then or I will totally freak out. :)
