here we go... again..

So my goal used to be 30lbs.. however I gave up and ended up gaining another 10 so my new goal is 40!
I will run everyday. no matter the heat.
Also I’m laying off the alcohol.
I feel like crap and I’d like to be down 10lbs in a month.. my son starts kindergarten then.
OK so..
