small update.. 8 months ago

since i started this goal a few weeks ago i have only had 2 sips of cola and one milkshake and only drank water the rest of the time! And with all the fruit im eating from trying to loose weight its kinda a detox diet, and its doing me good!

gone from 9 stone to 8stone11 8 months ago

Thats a start, its going between 8.11 and 8.12 atm, so at least its a little loss, so im 123lbs and i started at 127ish at 9stone1.
What i am doig differently is eating less for a start, and then i am trying to eat watery things like watermelon and pommigranet (sorry dont know how to spell that) and salads and things.
I am going out for dinner with my boyfriend tonight after we alomost slpit up last night, i was devistated but we are fine again now thank got and im over the moon, so its extra insentive to keep loosing weight for our holiday to Turkey :) So i am going to have to pick something sensible for dinner, mabye a salad and chickn or like spaghetti or something, i dont know :/ it suppose its a little treat, But i am hoping i can keep it up over the weekend and not start eating lots of bred and stuff again, but i think i will manage, i am just going to keep my self ocupied with working and i have lots and lots to do! OOhh no! and mabye wright on hear lots, and do extra work and see my boyfrind so im bussy!!

So i just went gym, and i have been eating only salad and fruit basically …. i am not getting caught up on weighing myself, just making sure i only eat,
breakfast fruit or cerial if i have to
lunch fruit or salad
dunner fruit or salad
This has to be doing something right coz its the 1st time ive acctually lost anything… haha, go me, but im not going to weigh myself for a few days, or i get caught up on the pounds and start getting anoyed and give up! haha x
