I am so proud and happy because I eat right food in a right time.
And I learnt how to cook food I need to achieve my goals.

I am interested in a lot of things but I don’t have a real hobby.
I need some extra power, some extra activity which will make me to strive for more and give me more strength to do the things I HAVE TO.

The things “I have to” filled my life with negativity and made me a sad person.

This goal is not going to be easy because of my inner feelings(right now I am too disappointed in myself and I feel like it is done with my life. )

Every day routine

After a years and years I spent thinking about working out and becoming extra fit like a fitness model, 12 days ago I have started to work on this.

Every time when I finish my training I feel happy. It is the happiest part of my day.
The problem I have is that I get sick every time I start with serious trainings. And it makes me stock to bed.

This time it will be different.
Even, I look fit and other people give me compliments every day, I want to look strong, to increase my muscles and to eat healthier.

Every moment I will use to add an extra worth to this goal, use stairs not elevator, walk instead of riding a car, go for swimming in the evening instead of watching movies!
