How I did it: Whenever I feel depressed, or shaken or bothered or negative, I clear my mind with breathing exercises and focus, and then think of things that i'm grateful for, letting myself really feel this. I always feel brighter afterward. Read how I did it…
How I did it: It started with I'm happy that I am in love, I'm happy that I'm learning to love myself, I'm happy that I'm fixing my relationships, I'm happy that I'm doing acts of kindness, I'm happy that i have this yoga mat because it's my favorite color, I'm happy I have that tapestry, and then it went into I'm happy that I learned this pose, I'm happy that this pose feels that way and stretches that part of me. I did three days perfectly.
Two days where I only did half the checks.
Two days off completely, one i was very ill, one i was just lazy.
I think after the third day I started to get bored. I had to spend my time doing other things, I was very tired on days I opened the shop at 4am… Lots of excuses.
Started a new chart today.
