All right. Here are my tips:
Drink fizzy drinks, like cola, before and while you binge. The
carbon dioxide will make the food come up easier.
Drink half a litre before you start binging. This will also help the food come easier up, help you eat less during the binge and it might even stop the binge.
Start the binging with “safe food” like salat & fruits. If you don’t reach purging with in the time-limit, this will make sure that you only digest “safe food”.
The time limit is between 30 and 40 minutes.
Drink a lot of water during you binge.
Binge on soft food like ice cream, yoghurt and stuff like that.
Do NOT binge on crunchy food, it will hurt like hell throwing it up. Your throat might end up all red and sore and it might take some time before your able to throw up again.
Do not binge on rice (They will become twice as big when you drink something)& Bread (It will form lumps, hard to throw up)
Use your fingers to throw up. If one doesn’t work use two, if two doesn’t work use three.
Make sure to cleanse your sores. Like the ones you get on your hand(s) from your teeth. And the ones you get in you mouth.
Make sure to clean up after youself. Both the bathroom, and yourself.
Drink some water afterwards to neutralize the stomich acid in your mouth.
By the way. It’s not worth it.
I just reached my ideal weight last week with help from a psychologist and a foodplan. It was hard, but at least it paid off. You have so much more energy
