I want to learn how to travel out of my body, so called Astral Travel. I want to figure out how my soul can leave my physical shell just for a while so that I can experience other dimensions. I can’t remember my dreams, even when I want to…I get that I need to connect more to the subconsious mind in order to do this. Am I scared to? Somewhat. But I really wish that I could remember what I dream every night. The dreams are there to teach us stuff, to help us digest what we went through that day and so on. We can use the dreams in our self growth…
This is something I’ve been adviced to stribe for by many sources, both advicors and readings/books…I know that it would help my skin problems….and my sanity….I would be more centered….and calm….and confident…..and strong…...and of course ultimately prettier because my skin would clear up, yeah?
