It’s one of those days. I feel perfectly content with everything in life, even the imperfect aspects. I have no goals to run for, no ambitions driving, just this inner peace that says I am at peace with all. I can accept everything as it is.
I think family is God’s week of ensuring us that we have angels and best friends in life.
Praying for others on accomplishing their goals.

- Freely expressing joy. Joy and gratitude unexpressed will clutter the heart and cause chest pain. Expressing them attracts more blessings.
- A walk in the morning while quietly pray for the depressed stressed souls i pass on the street. hehehe… praying for others attracts joy to my own heart.

I found out that the clutter I have at home is directly correlated with the stagnant energy in my body. As I practice Tai Chi to release the stagnant energy in my body, I gained the wisdom, creativity, and motivation needed to toss junk and organize at home. It is as if the capacity has always been there waiting for me. I just needed to unblock a channel to receive it.
If I wake up to depressing news, dreading about the traffic and hectic work day, I will not look forward to get out bed at all. I need to develop a routine for the early wee hours that makes me happy and love to jump out of bed.
This is what I am going try so far:
- no news
- relaxing hot bath to get the blood flowing
- yoga with my favorite music
- sing
- home made breakfast
- off to work being happy
This way, it does not matter what will go on in the office that way, I always have a great morning.
It seems funny when one needs to pray to get her home organized. I have to admit – I am so totally incompetent at this. So I have to pray and ask God to give me the wisdom to organize and manage my home. Let’s see what he will tell me.
A long morning walk.

Chatting with a friend that makes me laugh.
