Right now I am scheduled for a psychiatrist’s appointment in March involving my trich. hopefully I will be put on medication and go through cognitive behavior therapy. For all of those people out there who want to know how to stop pulling out their hair, the answer is simply that there is no answer. What works best for you is the answer. I haven’t found the answer by myself and so I am going to find it with help. For those of you who have tried everything, I suggest that you do what I am doing. It’s going to be scary, but something tells me that it will work.

I rarely sing in front of people, though I really don’t mind singing. I’m the kind of person who likes to be on stage doing that sort of thing. Despite never having lessons, I’ve been told I have a fairly good voice. One of the things I would like to do when I have the money is get singing lessons though. I think everyone should know how to sing. It’s just one those universal things that everyone in the world understands.
