I’ve been trying to be all hard-core about this one. I want to be better looking (at least a littttttle bit, because I know even then, I’ll feel so much better) by like the endish of this month. But I got a new job where I move a whole bunch more, and constantly…unfortunately my body’s still very unuse to this…so I’ve been taking more naps. 4 in the morning is just soo very early to wake up.
But other than that I have occasionally ‘worked out.’ You know as much as you can with no accesories besides some old 8 lb weights. Consistency! That’s what I need.
