I took a few classes, I learned a bit, it was enjoyable and challenging, but ultimately, it’s just not really a goal any more, and I want my things to reflect what I really, really care about. I may take it up again in the future.

I grew my hair fairly long, and just couldn’t hack it. I went and got a really nice haircut, and feel 100% better. There’s no point in arbitrarily growing my hair when I look better with it styled and cut.

I took level 1 and 2 short courses in Chinese, and really enjoyed it. I found speaking Chinese actually relatively easy (Chinese friends of mine say I have a good accent too!) but the hanzi killed me. I have had to put this goal on hold due to other work and study commitments, but I’d like to pick it up again sometime.
