I got down from 326 (my high) to 265, but I am back up at 290. My scale is a misery meter. I have to find a better way to cope with stress.

I am 2 years into a 4 year degree at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. They accepted a lot of my credits that I thought would be too old. I came in as a Biology major with thoughts of grad school for Ag Science, but I’ve switched to Geography. I didn’t know how interesting it was until I got into it. I am doing really well and enjoying it very much. (Not enjoying the debt so much, but I’ll survive.)
I hit a high weight of 320 last year. I have lost a little very recently, but not yet enough for my home scale to weigh me. I have to get down under 300 for that.
