to actually do this, but today I quit. Now to concentrate on the new fronteer, so much going on its overwhelming, but Im also as excited as a child at christmas.
Now all I need is more customers.

A successful plan does not create a successful business. Hard work and a bit of luck creates a successful business.
If you are not asking for money skip it. I have written many, some for business that went on to be successful and some for business that failed. The plan only did 2 things. First it made a clear statement of the business and operating assumptions. This in turn did the second, made the investors and the partners have buy in that it would work.
With that said, if you are starting a new co. then concentrate on the P&L and Cashflow, that is what will really tell you if this is a viable company.
If you are bound and determined to make a biz plan that measures up, remember the first one is the hardest. My first one took me 3 weeks to write, and the last took me 4 days.
