I read a few entries in this blog I had started and stopped two years ago. It is funny really how you can look back and things and cringe hardly recognising yourself or more likely trying not to save the embarrassement.

I was going thro a difficult time (but no more difficult then anyone else) and I was self-indulgently out cliche-ing the world with my emotions!

I am sooooo lucky, i have always been soooo lucky and it boggles and embarrases me that i had forgotten or not realised this then.

Now its coming into final exams times i am going to make a conscious effort to remind myslef and not get in such a stressed out state feeling like the world is ending over a few exams.

Today has been an awesome day. Have a few days of rest before the big push on revision starts and its been amazing,. had lovely food, fixed all my broken things, put the shelves in the cupboard back,had lovely chats with friends I feel amazing.

I aim to go for some aerobic excercie 3 times a week in 2009 whether thats swimming, running, cycling or aerobics. I will feel happier, healthier, look better and have a clearer mind to concentrate with.
