I think most of my shyness comes from my fear of making mistakes. I’m not really sure how to cure my shyness, but I think I’ll probably just will myself to speak more, and also try some EFT (tapping). It’s a method I found on www.galadarling.com, it’s super easy and quite effective.

I am a horrible procrastinator. I know this. Recently I hit “rock bottom” (how dramatic does that sound?) when I didn’t start my research paper until the night before it was due! Yikes!
Anyways after the “incident” happened, I decided I should start planning out my time, at least until I can manage my time and not goof off when I’m bored. So, I’ve cleaned off my desk and started making a time-management list that I hung up over the desk. Get home from school, take 30 minutes to eat a snack, change into comfier clothes, check my email, and then do my homework until it’s COMPLETELY done. So far it’s going super well, yay!
As someone who is 5’11”, I always feel self-consious in heels because I end up being at least 6’0” or taller. But I’ve always wanted to be more confident and not care so much what people think of me, and since I looove heels I’ve decided that people will have to deal with me being tall. (Although I might wait until spring to start wearing heels, because there’s ice everywhere and about 2 feet of snow on the ground (and counting.))
