How I did it: Took a good look at my life and wrote down everything that came to mind. Although now that I have completed this goal I am now down to just 42 goals. Read how I did it…
How I did it: With a 120 grit sand paper I gave everything a quick sanding to help the new paint stick. I then wiped everything down with a damp cloth. I applied the first coat and then several hours later applied the second. I plan to allow the furniture to sit for about a week before using it to insure that the paint has hardened. Rice krispies with milk
Well I blew it! McDonalds for lunch… Burger, fries and a shake. What a shame. I am going to pay for it though – I’ll feel sick all afternoon.
Okay maybe I have redeemed myself a little – I went for a long walk after work.
For dinner – Home made fish soup and a glass of juice.
My husband picked me up for lunch today and we went out… went out to McDonalds! I could have gotten a salad or a deli sandwich but I didn’t. I got a burger and fries (head hung in shame)...
I don’t want to give up on this goal just yet. I think that maybe because I have no will power of my own that I will ask my husband to join me in this goal.
My original start date for this goal was June 26th. I lasted all of four days. I am going to change the start date to July 2nd and try again maybe with the support of my husband I’ll be able to achieve this goal.
