This is very frustrating, I gained approximately 10 lbs and I’m back at 140 lbs. I think losing 30 lbs is going on my New Year’s resolution!
So now I’m down to 133 lbs today, though a few days ago I was about 131 lbs. Fluctuating a bit is normal though.
I tend to lose weight when I’m happy :)
