So I am getting in shape. It’s been about 2 months and things are going well. I actually only posted this so there would be at least one goal that was always being met. I exercised a lot when I was in my early twenties but I fell off about 3 years ago when my work schedule just got too crazy. Now I am working for myself and focusing more on my body again. For me the trick has been setting a schedule that does not botch my whole day (7pm-8:30pm) and I only commit to 3 days a week at 90 minutes each day. Its easy to attain and if I want to fill in some of the off days my body is not to conked out. Also I think it’s really important to EAT WELL, not a lot or a little but quality meals. Also coffee can ruin a routine if diet is important.

So I have a hard time making new friends. This seems to be pretty common, a lot of people are shy or have low self esteem, and I suffer from both afflictions to varying degrees, but what really keeps me out of social circles is the phone. I have an unique disability that prevents me from ever asking potential friends for their personal information. God forbid I somehow manage to end up with some ones contact info I always assume people already have stuff going on and I really don’t like to inconvenience people. Also I work from home so I have no “colleagues” to for beers with after work.
It seems a thousand people want to lose weight make money and quit smoking. Only 8 want to focus on work. Thats bizarre to me. Anyway I have recently started my own business, and yes I want to make more but I know the key to doing this is to focus on work. I don’t have a family that I should be spending time with and my hobbies only occupy about 90 mins of my day so that leaves me with a lot of time to….. focus on work….. All I need now is the determination, drive and discipline, but thats the easy part. Right?
