I get pretty well with my manager, we joke around sometimes, but mostly his commonly used quotes are “Call!” “You need one more client” and “Go buy me food”. The last one really irks me, not in a negative way but sometimes I just don’t want to go, just for the sake of my ego lol
And yesterday he said again “You need to do ten deposits this month… But now go and buy me a sandwich”. The story is that to do ten deposits takes hell of a work and stress but I came up with an idea: if by the end of the month I have ten deposits HE will go buy me food. I just laughed afterwards because I like the idea so much, I can already imagine him walking to the nearest gas station to buy me lunch.
The moral of the story is that, the fact that I need 10 depos makes me strestfull, but the fact that my manager will buy me food makes me laugh. The end result is if I focus on ten deposits I will be accomplished my goal with stress, but if I focus on my manager walking to buy me food the end result will still be 10 deposits and of course him walking to the gas station!

Not Sunday but later is better than never.
1.What did I learn last week?
That determination and focus is the key to success.
2. What was my greatest accomplishment over the past week?
Fifth deposit that I had promised to get. I am very proud of myself.
3.Which moment from last week was the most memorable and why?
Tuesday day when I had 9 hours to complete my promised, on my way to work I said myself “It would be awesome if I got my last deposit in the morning so I don’t need to stress out the rest of the day” and what do you think my deposit was scheduled on 10am, the only bad thing that the client had problems transfering money and he was about to postpone it to the other day but my manager helped me out but the client was on the edge of leaving our company. It was so stressfull. The end result was that he deposited at 8.30pm…. My dreams to get a deposit in the morning was postponed due to my doubt.
But despite it all, I succeeded. It’s my biggest accomplishmnet.
4.What’s the #1 thing I need to accomplish this week?
One more deposit (I’m such a workoholic) and buy new shoes.
5.What can I do right now to make the week less stressful?
Learn how to talk properly and research about the market.

Lack of knowledge and also lack of sleep that made my workdays stresfull.

I was productive for God’s sake.

Lack of knowledge, I just need to study more and I’ll be ok.

Study.

Promotion.

Artur who in the end promised me to force my client to put money on the market if he refuses.

1. 10 deposits in total. (there are three already)
2. Make some friends whom I can hang out with.

2. I’m going out and stuff… I honestly have many new people around me, that’s nice but it doesn’t seem that they ever be my true friends.
