How I did it: Focus, keep all you have to do on a list, so you won't forget anything or fall behind because of chaos.Try to attend all of your classes, even the ones at 8:30am! Almost two bachelor degree’s in my pocket!
Still 5 things to finish, and I am done…
Waiting for a final grade, and make an appointement for another final.
And than, my thesis, and two other finals…
So close….but still so far…a couple of weeks hard work, and after that a well deserved holiday!
I made some changes, and I am getting used to it.
Breakfast: high fiber bread (instead of white bread), fresh orange juice (instead of bottled), no more cookies (i know, i was crazy)
Lunch: not much has changed, i used to be pretty healthy for the lunches
Dinner: more vegetables and salad.
I have amazing metabolism, since I don’t really need to change all of this because of my body. Just for my health.
What I still need to change: eating less sweets/cookies etc
More vegetables/salad during the day.
