I’ve moved closer to work, so I’m using less gas.
My house is heated by bio-fuel.
We are turning unneccessary lights off (also saving money) and using less water.
We use a Brita filter instead of buying bottled water.
We changed all our bulbs to energy-efficient ones.
We are reusing furniture, freecycling the stuff we don’t want anymore or selling things on Craigslist.

How I did it: I found a group of knitters that met in Cambridge at the Spark Craft Studios (which sadly no longer exists). I was instantly part of the group! There are always new knitters coming and going, but there is always a core group that shows up almost every week. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I joined a knitting group in Cambridge. Not only was there a weekly meeting, but I also made weekend plans with the women I liked very well. I now have a good number of women I speak to often and consider dear friends and an even larger group of people whom I'm associated with. It's a large network of compatriots I can rely on if I want to do anything fun. Read how I did it…
I already have my comics up on my website: HowToWashAShowerCurtain.com, but I’d like to sumbit them to a publisher, see if there is any interest in this. Even if I just xerox some of them and mail them out.. I have to do this.
Out from under my parents’ roof, I no longer have access to 24hr/day Premium Channel awesomeness – but did you know there’s a channel that comes in through rabbit ears that plays Mama’s Family every day at 8pm?
