I started writing yesterday, it feels so good to be writing again. I managed to get 1500 words in the first chapter done, and that’s not even half of it. If I aim for 15 chapters at 4500 words per chapter it should be a pretty good book.

How I did it: After weeks of feeling like crap I took on a fully raw diet for 2 weeks. I've never had so much energy. I was feeling alive and vibrant all the time. All it took was dedication and putting my long term goals ahead of my short term wants. Concentrating on what I really want out of life in the long term helped as well. Instead of just the next 30 days, or year, what I wanted to do for the next 60 years. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just replaced everything I normally drink with water. I was guilty of mainly drinking soft drinks and cordials, with the rare fruit juice, but now it's just water. Water water water. Before I eat I have some water, and every time I feel thirsty. It's fantastic. Read how I did it…
How I did it: First I looked back at my life and made a list of all the problems caused by lying. I really let myself feel the impact of it. Then I made a commitment to not lie, and made a list of everything I would gain from being honest. I used those two lists to keep myself on track. Whenever I wanted to lie, I just told the truth instead. After a year, I didn't lie anymore, and continue not to. It's so liberating. Read how I did it…

I said I was going to go raw for a month, but I decided on two weeks. I managed to make it the whole two weeks. Still now I think I’m going to go raw again, for longer, but less strict this time. 80/20 or 90/10ish.
So awesome, and one of the best things I’ve ever done.
I lost 13lbs in two weeks as well. :)
I’m going to work out on my exercise bike for at least 15 minutes a day, as soon as I wake up.
