How I did it: Just decide how you want to help, and get off your ass! I am volunteering at an animal shelter, and I want to do some other volunteer work to help people. Just decide that it's worth it and make time for it! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was late to work on the worst day ever to be late to work. I had been at my job for only a couple of weeks. Apparently I didn't totally understand how things worked, and when my boss realized I wasn't doing things correctly, she was frustrated. She decided to have a talk with me and tell me all the things I did wrong so that I could improve. That's the morning that I was late. So not only was I bad at my job, I was also 13 minutes late … Read how I did it…
How I did it: Make sure you talk to your adviser so you're taking all the right classes. Try your best to keep ahead of school work. Not all teachers check that you keep up with homework and reading, but it will make studying for test much easier. And most importantly: HAVE FUN! Take the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and cultures. Take a class in philosophy, psychology, sociology, and an arts class too if possible. They will bro… Read how I did it…

So the special k diet hasn’t really been working out. I love special k, but it honestly isn’t filling enough. It’s just too drastic a change: going from eating about 2100 calories per day to like 1300 is too large a change. So around lunch time everyday I eat my special k and still feel hungry, then I proceed to eat a lot more. But I am slowly decreasing my caloric intake:
Monday – who knows?
Tuesday – 2145
Wednesday – 2140
Thursday – 2067
Friday – 1337 so far, aiming for less than 1700 total
I don’t want to go to the gym. I don’t! I feel lazy, and I don’t want to do anything that will make me out of breath and sweaty. I don’t want to push myself, I don’t want to make my muscles burn. So leave me alone!!!! And don’t make me feel guilty.
