Yesterdays weigh in showed I have put on every one of the 5 pounds I lost last week. What a waste of time. My own fault, I didn’t make much of an effort & on the days I did, I thought I knew what I was doing.

MOnday Weigh In

Just back from slumming club & have lost 5lbs. That makes up for the gain last week. Did the measurements thing today & have lost 1 inch from my bust. Well done to all & keep at it.

Update

Only managed 4 times at the gym last week. Had a pain in my left arm after Weds visit. Dr tells me I have the start of tennis elbow so I’m on ibuprofen & resting the arm. I never beileved it could be so painful, even drying my hands or rubbing hand cream in causes a very sharp pain in my elbow. So no upper body gym work for me for a while. Am enjoying the yoga even though I can’t do the standing on one leg stuff too well. I just do what I can.
