Learning from the past I realize that my experience, knowledge and my ideals are not appreciated in my current job which I’d like to keep for other reasons.
I’m only hurting myself by committing too much of my private energy and ideals into my work. (Is that already “inner resignation” ?)

How I did it: I've told my Kids to help me by screwing the cheap shelves from the Building Market togehter whilst I've thrown away all unrequired things and swpet the ceiling, walls and floor.By the time the Kids were finished with the shelves (took long time becuase the cheap shelves are lots of work to screw together) the only stuff that was left consisted of required things.I then put everything on the shelves and I've also created small parki… Read how I did it…
I didn’t have much time but started a Skype-chat with a fiend who was just online and I didn’t have contact with for a year anyway.
The chat was only 20 minutes but hey – better 20 min. but not at all, right?
Permanently being outvoted by incompetent managers was really a very disappointing experience. Things changed now however and one can’t unscramble the egg: bitterness however has to come to an end now – revenge is pointless anyway.
