I have learned to pace myself and rest when needed. I break things up into smaller increments, and by the end of a week, I have cleaned my apartment, done a lot of writing, and not totally depleted myself. (I have chronic illnesses that make many things difficult.) I have also learned to ask for help with the things that are truly beyond me.
