I started keeping a food journal. I write down everything including the food I don’t want to admit I ate. I also write down my weight every as suggested by my nutritionist. I’ve been keeping my caloric intake between 1400-1600 calories a day for weight loss.
My only disappointment is that I gained more weight that I thought:(
I to lose more than 100 pounds to reach my goal weight of 160lbs.
I have to admit I am overwhelmed at the thought of cleaning and organizing my apartment. If ever I needed help with something it is this. I’m starting with my clothes. I cleaned every stitch of clothing I own weather it fits or not. I know why I don’t get rid of the old clothes I just don’t want to admit it. I gained a lot of weight over the years. I feel like giving away my clothes means I’m giving up on losing weight.
