*olive oil
*frozen peas, carrots and corn
*Brown Rice
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Egg
    *almond butter

- 1 string cheese

-canned pears

- piece of bread with almond butter

-2 bowls of cheerios with honey and non fat milk
