35 Miles!

I managed 35 miles on my bike yesterday and my legs don’t hurt today. Considering the most I’ve done so far is about 18 miles I’m quite proud of myself!

Habit forming

I’ve done my stretches now every day this year at least once. It’s helping me sleep because I make sure I do some before bed whatever happens. It’s also making it so I don’t ache anywhere near as much and I seem to relax a bit easier.

So far this year (day three now) I’ve done exercises for my shoulders every day at least once. Sometimes twice. :-)
