I am back up to 178. I cant believe this, well yes I can..
I turn 20 tomorrow and I don’t want to be in the same boat. I’m freaked out, I just want this last 20-25 pounds gone already! Yes I’m almost there but I want to be thinner. I’m not happy with my body, I’m not sure I’ll be happy with my body then either but that’s what I keep telling myself. I was thinking about buying some personal training sessions at the gym to see how that works, might help get rid of the rest of my weight. I officially have 28 pounds to lose now, I should change this goal to “lose 30 pounds” but eh. Happy freakin’ birthday to me, nothing has changed in the last year…ugh.

Ok so, the last 4 days have been great. I have been within my calorie range and exercising consistently. Right now I need to get back to 171 to start towards my goal of 150. Just a little update

It feels so good to be back on track, First day back at the gym today, I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and 13 minutes jogging on the treadmill. I also did an hour or so of walking at the park. Im afraid that Im not eating enough though, which always happens when Im trying to lose weight..But since Ive gained 4-5 pounds I now have to lose that first before I start the 20 pounds…so here goes, lets hope I see some progress a week from now.
