How I did it: I slowly worked up to it. I've been much busier since and can't get out to jog every day. I've gone back to jogging a mile at one time, but eventually I will get back up to two...and maybe even more. :) Read how I did it…

How to exercise at least once a week for a three months

How I did it: Really, it took me seven years of failing at dieting and exercise to finally get this. I even changed this goal many times trying to make it simple enough for me to stick to. Finally in August 2008 I decided to forget everything except exercising at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes and improving my diet in simple ways. Wow, I am surprised and delighted. If not still doing it, at least that other people tried.

There are 169 towns in CT and I have now visited 102. I have been blogging about it for 4 years, but I neglected my blog for quite some time.

I am trying to update it now, but it’s more work than I expected.

One thing I’ve gained from this project is a new perspective on this little state as well as a lot of random Connecticut knowledge.
