How I did it: It was a kungfu week, I'm not sure I would've defined it as a retreat before doing it, but in retrospective, it really was. It was a new school, just me and this long term student from England, and we trained form 6 am till 5 pm and it was exhausting. I had just lost my mom and broken up with my ex and I had so many emotions. Read how I did it…

In the street accross from Blokker in the town centre, Halfords has something very suitable with hand straps, a waist belt, a high coverage hood (velcroes around your chin and tighteners to look like kenny form southpark), and reflective patches on the back. Also a tummy pocket (zipped) and a neck zip with velcro. Sturdy material. Dull dark blue. Raincape Charleston (my model was Boston, but it looks the exact same!) – 25 €
They recommended another shop called Profile, near the shopping centre in Colmschate:
