get down to 95 pounds
how I lost weight 4 months ago

I am 5’4 and 106 pounds. I want to get to 95 pounds. At one time I use to be 189 pounds, that was when I was a teen and they put me on heavy medication that caused me to go from 120 pounds to 180 pounds in 3 months. I lost all the weight I gained and then some. From being fat so long I feel that I am not as toned as I should be. I have been getting more toned from the work that I do. But I want to do better. I am in a kids size 12 now, they are alil big on me. I bought myself a goal pair of pants, they are a kid’s size 10, figure I would fit into these at 95 pounds. I lost the weight by eating 1 to 2 meals a day. I never counted the calories because I am lazy lol, but I still lost the weight. I exercised for 1 hour a day, either a mini trampoline, or a walk/jog with weights mix. I tried to aim for a gallon of water a day but never could really drink that much, one time I did though :) its not good to drink too much water anyway, it can kill you but a gallon a day i doubt would kill you. But anyway thats how I lost it. Luckily for me there is plenty to do so I always have work or something to be done so I get distracted away from food. sucks cuz I dont make my own meals right now, but 2 meals a day won’t get you fat anyway. Watch out for what you eat. pay close attention to your eating habits and your lifestyle. Distract yourself with goals and work. I light a ciggie and have a diet coke when I am hungry but cigs are a bad habit and a big waste of money. Find out what is best for you and don’t give a shit what other people think. Some people have an issue when someone is smaller. They may say you are too small or you need to gain weight never listen to other people’s bull. Life is too short, live and let live. Live how you want cuz you only live once. I am not hurting anyone by being a smaller person. But as the wise saying goes opinions are like assholes and everyone has one.
