Today was the second day I ran on the track at my gym and was able to run continuously for 10 minutes. I think I could have gone longer but my goal was to get to 10 minutes and so my body just stopped functioning after I hit my target. I’m starting to realize that running takes a strong mind…ah ya ya. My goal by the end of this week is to do a run of 15 minutes with no break.

I just started getting back into the gym last week, hoping to get back into a regular routine. Last week I hit my target of 3 days, and this week the goal is to get there a minimum of 3 times as well.
The weird thing so far is that I have gained weight going back, which is very odd. But I figure it’s due to my body just reacting to all this excercise. I weighed in today at 196 lbs but I want to get myself down to around 190 lbs. Losing weight however is not my main goal, it’s getting into shape and losing the lazy lifestyle I have been living the last couple of years. So far so good.
