I actually took a class about this, but my cerification has lapsed. I’d like a refresher.
I have a pair of brown heels that are very low, that I walk around in a lot. The only problem with these is that I tend to get over balanced when the heel slips into a crack or pothole. In flats I don’t need to watch where I’m going at all.
