I have been working slowly and now I no longer eat cows or pigs! The next on the list is chicken and then finally seafood. Right now I eat meat about once a week, so I have cut way back from when I started.

I would like to give my child breastmilk as long as my body is able and he still needs it. One year is my first goal. If I surpass that awesome but I’m going for at least one year. The AAP reccomends 1 year, The WHO reccomends two, but one step at a time you know? Little man will be 4 months old tomorrow! Pumping and working is a drag but it’s all worth it to see that milky little smile at the end of the day.
