I tried this for 2 days then i had to go to a birthday event and obviously there were the big No Nos like Cake…didnt want to be a party pooper so i had some cake :S
anyways i restarted the diet again and began on 24 Sept 09 and so far its been 6 Days. and I have only lost 1 KG. Im following everything on the diet list foods to eat and to avoid i even have the book not sure whats going wrong. I always Exercise 30 mins on the treadmill and do the warm up + phase 1 SBD supercharge workout , then do abs (2days) or arms (1day). Bike for 15 mins (2days. So i really dont know why..im not losing. I hardly have stomach flab but i do have curvy thighs and want to lose a little so i can fit back into size 10 jeans comofrtably.

I really want to be more social with people but as i am shy i feel like i lack confidence in doing so. I want to just be able to go out with people without feeling afraid that they will judge me. When i do go out with my friends and meet new people i do admit it feels GREAT.. but spending time with my bf means spending time away from being so social with others. I need to seriously find the time and do this one every other day which ever form of contact.

I am so excited i just graduated from university. Well finished..im waiting for the graduation ceremony which will b near soon. and i am already thinking about doing my masters. Offcourse i will work for a while and hopefully a good job :) but i just can’t wait to learn more. This is a must do for me.
