somewhere along the line I got screwed up. It’s the weekends. I’m averaging 6:30am-7am as wake up time. Still aiming for the golden 5am.

Got up at 6:30 am today. I am aiming for between 5-5:30am…this is going to be rough. I find the weekends are screwing me up b/c no matter how hard I try, I keep sleeping in on the weekends b/c it feels oh so very nice.
I am an avid reader of all things. I enjoy fiction, non-fiction, a good memoir, ....the list goes on.
