I am currently 112. This stupid freaking number (110) eludes me. I don’t care so much these days, it’s just a silly number and i feel great and maintain a steady body weight with little issue… it’s just the principle of the thing! I’ve been chasing this stupid 110 number for years and it continues to stay a step ahead. Damn you 110! I’m going to get to you just to prove a point. You cannot escape me forever.

How I did it: I learned how to prepare easy meals by googling recipes and reading cookbooks. When I first started I didn't know what simple cooking terms meant at all, dice and chop were completely foreign to me. I had never ever cooked anything before in my life, and the idea of taking on the kitchen was pretty daunting. But I decided that I wasn't going to spend my life being a stranger to the culinary arts. I am still no pro, and don't know what mos… Read how I did it…
Because I suck at it. I also suck at cooking, chopping vegetables, peeling apples, etc etc etc. Yesterday I bought the book “Vegan cupcakes take over the world” And I would really like to try making some! And better yet would be to surprise my boyfriend with them when he gets home so that he can see that I can every now and then be capable of making food.
At your current pace, you’re 41 books (41%) behind.
I don’t think this goal is realistically salvageable for me.. but I’ll just keep reading and see where I end up.
