Yesterday I went to Córdoba… not great on a Sunday, must say, (most things closed around 2) but fantastic to walk around and of course go to the Mezquita. Beautiful. So an interesting day, though Córdoba was a little like Disney land for the historically inclined. Everything had entries and entry fees… didn’t really enjoy that – it wasn’t hugely expensive, but just the feeling of it no longer being part of “every day”, more like rides… nah…

Otherwise in Spain, or at least Andalusia, history is just there.

Whippie!

I have cut back – enormously! Last week I was a 20+/day, now less than 12/day. And I’ve kept it up for a whole week.

Maybe doing something interesting once a week and starting to exercise regularly has helped. I think so. Yesterday I only smoked 9, busy checking out Córdoba and getting there and back – I don’t smoke in the car.

I’m so happy to have found myself sitting for longer with my work (computer) and using some of my breaks for 10 min. of exercise instead of ciggies. I don’t smoke indoors either.
